Stress Management

Have you been feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by life’s constant demands? Is it almost impossible to find any time for yourself? Has there been an incident that has pushed your stress level over the limit?

Whether career, parenting, caring for an elderly parent or a crisis has overloaded your schedule or just the typical daily routine is bringing you down, stress release and management can effectively help you start to cope. Working with a trained professional starts the process of carving out time for yourself to unload, gain support, learn relaxation techniques, time management strategies and much more to make life feel more rewarding and less draining.

Anxiety and Depression

Have you been feeling anxious or depressed? Has it been difficult to quiet your mind or get any relief from your thoughts and feelings? Have you noticed a change in appetite, sleep, motivation and focus? Would others say you have withdrawn or become more irritable?

Do you find your relationships deteriorating and don't know why or what to do about it?

Have you lost confidence in yourself, your abilities, judgment or decision-making?

Are you at that point where you know you need friendly, experienced, professional assistance to help you feel better?

We all struggle with an overload of emotions from time to time. However, if you know that your symptoms have continued for a while without much sense of relief, therapy can be a way out of the cycle. Having a professional help you assess what is going on, offer techniques to alleviate the symptoms and provide insight and education to help you gain a sense of renewal is a critical first step.

"What I value most is the individuality and uniqueness of each person that comes to see me. Almost always there is an issue of changing or improving certain areas in one's life. My approach is to help individuals or couples understand and explore their concerns while guiding them and assisting them in developing new skills that allow them to move forward to where they want to be."
